Yes. Our office is open Mon–Fri 8–5, but emergency dispatch runs every hour of every day, including weekends, holidays, and 3 AM in February. When you call (801) 922-9130, a real person picks up. If you reach an answering service, they're trained to dispatch immediately and connect you with the on-call crew.

Average response across all of Utah Valley is 60 minutes from your call. For Provo and Orem we're typically there in 18–22. For Salt Lake County addresses, 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. Park City and Heber City run 45–55. We don't quote response times we can't hit.

Call us first. We're already trained to document the loss in your carrier's format, and the documentation we collect on day one is what gets the claim approved. Insurance adjusters can take 24–72 hours to reach you. By then, hidden damage has spread and the claim looks weaker. We handle the carrier communication once we're on-site.

Call us anyway. We dispatch outside our normal footprint for emergencies when we have crew capacity, especially for larger jobs or when nearby companies are at capacity. We'll be honest about whether we can reach you fast enough to be the right choice.

Never. On-site inspections are always free, no obligation. We'll walk through the damage, take photos and moisture readings, and give you a written scope of work and cost estimate before anything starts.
