Permits & scheduling
We pull every permit the job requires and schedule the trades so the work flows in the right order. You get a start date and a realistic finish date you can plan your life around.
Step 04
Demolition & rough-in
We protect the rest of your home, demo the existing space, and handle the rough framing, plumbing, and electrical. Licensed trades, inspected at every stage, built to current code.
Step 05
Finishes & installation
Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, trim, paint, and fixtures go in with the same crew that started the job. The details get the attention they deserve, because our name is on the result.
Step 06
Final walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished space with you, handle anything on your punch list, and hand over warranty details in writing. The job is not done until you are happy living in it.
