Quality Restoration exceeded every expectation. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, their team was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with confidence and care.

What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Their crew was respectful, clean, and worked efficiently without cutting corners.

If you ever deal with water or fire damage, you want a team that knows exactly what they’re doing — and that’s Quality Restoration. Highly recommend.

I had a water leak through a wall into the next room. Which was a bedroom. Quality Restoration came in pulled back the carpet, dried out everything with blowers, stopped by to test the moisture and when it was dry they replaced the carpet pad. Stretched the carpet, cleaned and sanitized. They were so kind and easy to work with. Explained what they would be doing and their prices were very pleasing. I would used them every time. No questions asked. Thank you, Quality.

Amir and Pablo were fantastic to work with. They were able to come quickly. They were very clear about what they were going to do and they did it well. There was a slight change in the services because of the circumstances at the house and they had their supervisor call me to clarify the situation and okay the changes with me. I thought that was really respectful and helpful.
